General Terms

  • Transparency: We maintain transparency in pricing and expect our clients to be equally transparent about the condition of their cleaning needs.

Basic Package Terms & Conditions - 10 Day Warranty

  • Grout Cleaning: Grout lines are scrubbed only. For extremely dirty tiles, please refer to the Deep Clean or Premium Package.
  • Air Movers: Air movers are not used for drying. For extremely dirty grout, the Deep Clean Package is recommended.
  • Sealing: If sealing is required, an upgrade to the Deep Clean Package will be necessary.
  • Pricing: The package covers up to 150 sq. ft. L-shaped rooms are considered as two areas. Kitchen, breakfast, and pantry are separate areas.
  • Minimum Service: A two-room minimum is required. Check for specials with the receptionist at the time of your call.
  • Warranty: A 10-day warranty is provided for any issues arising from the time of cleaning. Technicians will inform you of any permanent stains and offer solutions, which may require the Deep Clean Package. Any new staining outside of warranty during the 10 days will result in a cleaning fee based on minimum charges for re-cleaning.

Deep Clean Package Terms & Conditions - 30 Day Warranty

  • Pricing: The package covers up to 150 sq. ft. L-shaped rooms are considered as two areas. Kitchen, breakfast, and pantry are separate areas.
  • Minimum Service: A two-room minimum is required. Check for specials with the receptionist at the time of your call.
  • Warranty: A 30-day warranty is provided for any issues arising from the time of cleaning. Technicians will inform you of any permanent stains and offer solutions.
  • Furniture Movement: If furniture needs to be moved, an upgrade to the Premium Package is required. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for details on what can and cannot be moved by technicians.
  • Baseboards: Dirty baseboards will require an upgrade to the Premium Package.

Terms & Conditions for Moving Furniture

  • Preparation: All belongings and breakables must be moved prior to our arrival. Bookcases must be emptied if they need to be moved.
  • Limitations: We do not move electronics, antiques, high-value items, or any piece over 150 lbs. We do not disconnect washers or dryers. Grand pianos or beds larger than twin size are not moved, but with 6 inches of ground clearance, we can clean under them for dust buildup.
  • Technician Discretion: If the integrity of an item is compromised, the technician has the right to decline moving it to avoid further damage.

Terms & Conditions for Coatings, Damaged Grout, or Removing Colored Grout Sealer

  • Additional Services: These are not included in the cleaning packages and will incur additional costs.
  • Coating Removal: Waxing, color grout, or sealer coatings on tile or over grout require additional time for removal. Stripping and hand scraping may be necessary, and the technician will provide a quote for any additional costs before proceeding with the cleaning beyond the test area.
  • Test Area Results: If grout does not clean up during the test area phase, we will notify you immediately and stop service if you are unhappy with the results. If the grout meets our standards, the technician will continue cleaning.

Terms & Conditions for Grout Repair

  • Preexisting Issues: Grout cracks or repairs are often due to preexisting water damage, improper installation, thin grout lines, or foundation issues. These will be pointed out immediately and will result in an additional service outside of the cleaning packages.
